2 – Practice Gratitude
Perform a daily gratitude exercise, listing all the things that make you happy and grateful. This will shift your mind away from bitterness or despair, and make you feel happier. Remember that happiness contributes to a beautiful skin and wellbeing.
3 – Foster Forgiveness
Holding a grudge can affect mental and physical health. One way to restrict these feelings is to substitute them with forgiveness. This helps to clear away feelings of anger and resentment.
4 – Quell Negative Feelings and Thoughts
Practice meditation, yoga or any relaxation technique to counteract negative thoughts and anxiety. Commit to do what is necessary to restrain negative feelings and promote calmness and tranquility.
