Homemade Pineapple And Egg Natural Solution For Stronger Nails
This homemade recipe includes eggs. Eggs are rich in vitamins (A, E, B12), iron and biotin (also known as Vitamin H or Vitamin B7). Biotin among its many other benefits is known to increase fingernail thickness and reduce splitting and brittleness. So nothing better than combining these two ingredients to make your nails longer and stronger. Let's get started!
You will need:
2 tablespoons of pineapple juice
Preparation And Application:
1. Whisk the egg in a bowl and add the two tablespoons of freshly squeezed pineapple juice. Mix the ingredients.
2. Immerse your nails in the solution for 5 minutes (if you have the time, go for 10 or even 15 minutes).
3. Rinse it off with lukewarm water and follow up with a nail and hand cream.
For Very Dry Skin:
Add 1 spoon of coconut oil and immerse your nails and hands in the solution for 5 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water and follow up with nail and hand cream.
For Extra Stronger Nails
Apply pineapple wedges directly on the nails before applying the solution. Apply the solution for 5 to 15m and wash it off with a natural soap for extra moisture and complete the routine with a nail and hand cream.
